Hi, I'm Anastasia Posani, a passionate Italian home chef turned professional cooking teacher. For me, cooking isn't just about recipes — it's about connection, creativity, and joy. With over 10 years of experience in the kitchen (and plenty of flour-covered adventures), I’m here to help you build confidence with every chop, stir, and sizzle. Whether you're a total beginner or just looking to level up your skills, I’ll guide you step-by-step through delicious dishes, smart techniques, and kitchen hacks you'll actually use. My classes are hands-on, relaxed, and always full of flavor — just like the meals we’ll make together. Let’s turn “what’s for dinner?” into “I can’t wait to cook!” Ok?ддддддддддддддддддд
